Any Journey starts with a single step. An idea, followed by an action plan and before long you have traveled a million miles, crossed many rivers and stepped on so many miles stones!. Such is the case of DressDown. It was an idea one Mr. Mbaluka had which he shared with TrioG. The first and second edition was at the Laico Regency.
The concept behind the event is to bring together professionals in an edutainment environment to network, create business relations as well as cut through the proverbial ‘Red Tape’ between companies. Networking is key in any company, doing so outside the work environment gives the professionals a platform to commune and learn from each other in a relaxed environs.
Here are some pics of how DD3 was :). Enjoy and see you at DressDown4!

We will always have goofers in each DressDown. 🙂 We like them nonetheless.
Then we got down to business. Doing a 30sec introduction speech. You want to have a first and Lasting impression as Miss Mbogo would say.
And she will show you how to! Introducing Grace Mbogo of Royal Etiquette. (APPLAUSE)
And we listen as we take notes. As the cameraman #JuliusWaweru of Psych Media does what he does best!
Then it is time to practice what we have learnt. Practicals.
During each Dressdown we have exhibitors who come and showcase their products. You can be the next one.
Inspiring life stories from one of the youngest entrepreneur…
Then it is time to mingle and have some fun. Something we uphold at the DressDown.
